Amada Senior Care Denton and Frisco
Sean and Andrianna McLeod, owners of Amada Senior Care Denton and Frisco, have seen through the experiences of loved ones as both care providers and care recipients the way quality care can affect not only a patient, but his or her entire family.
Sean says, “When I was growing up, my mother was a caregiver, and I was quite impressed with her ability to connect with the people she was caring for. Not only that, but I saw the way she cared for their families as well. She left lasting memories with us boys, and an impression of what it means to love and care for others.”
For Andrianna, it was her experiences as the daughter of a senior who required care that showed her the impact quality care can make. She says, “Some time ago, my father was in the hospital. As his release day approached, my mother just didn’t quite know where she was going to turn or what kind of help she was going to need. She turned to me and my husband, and we felt very fortunate that we were able to help her and my father with the senior care knowledge that we have.”
These personal experiences on both ends of care have made Sean and Andrianna especially empathetic to the needs of our senior care clients and their families. Sean says, “Seeing that we have gone through this experience with Andrianna’s father and my experiences with my mother as a caregiver, we can really associate with those who are going through similar situations.”
At Amada Senior Care Denton and Frisco, we are dedicated to providing the highest quality of senior care with a personal touch. This means that we strive to go beyond tasks like meal preparation and cleaning to find the most meaningful ways to brighten each client’s day. For Grandmother Smith, this could mean painting her fingernails the perfect color to complement her sweater. For Uncle Joe, it could be working together on a model of the plane he flew during the war. Or perhaps it might be as simple as a good conversation over tea. Our goal is to not only ensure that clients are safe, but to enrich their lives.
Our experiences at Amada Denton and Frisco have also taught us that our clients’ loved ones can often use our support as they try to navigate senior care. We are always ready to listen to their concerns and guide them through senior housing placement, finding the best ways to pay for care, or other aspects of senior care.
As Andrianna says, “Here at Amada Senior Care Denton and Frisco, our clients are our family, and we’ll treat you like one of our own.” We are proud to serve families from Denton, Frisco, The Colony, Lewisville, Argyle, Allen, McKinney, and surrounding communities in the Greater North Dallas and Fort Worth area.

When my active, overall physically healthy 89 year old mother, who was suffering from all the signs of dementia/Alzheimer's fell and fractured her hip, her world turned upside down. She had to endure several weeks in therapy which affected her mental state tremendously and our family had to make the difficult decision to move her from her home of 45 years to a Memory Care facility. She needed 24 hour companions in the therapy center, as well as several more weeks as she transitioned to her new home. The kind, caring, compassionate and professional staff and caregivers from Amada Senior Care were the answers to our prayers. They were patient to her every mood swing, made her feel safe in the new surroundings, listened and responded to her every need - they made her smile. Their training in dealing with her memory issues was amazing. They communicated honestly and openly with us and helped us as we struggled within ourselves to make the right decisions for our mother, showing us compassion and support as well. There is no way our family alone could have accomplished all the things they did. We will be forever grateful for the loving & professional care they gave our wonderful mother and support they provided to us.
I have, from day one, been very impressed with the personnel from Amada senior care. They have been consistent with the goals laid out on that first visit, which includes caring quality services from management. The time put forth to obtain and render quality care for mother was, I'm pleased to say, surprising. In these times I am not accustomed to such personal time and concern spent fulfilling my desires to have quality care for my mother. Amada has provided a caregiver far superior to any in the past. That is, in the end, my end goal and what I know now is Amada's as well.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your kind comments. It is always a pleasure to hear that we surprise our clients and their families with our quality of care and service and hope to continue in exceeding your expectations. - Sean
I could not have asked for better care. They are very caring and very capable in meeting our needs. They often go the extra mile in all they do. They have exceeded in what we expected. They have wonderful care givers who do their job well. They never make one feel they are a burden. They were always on time. I would highly recommend Amada Senior Care. Ron
We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to leave us the great recommendation. It always puts a smile on our faces to know when we have exceeded the expectations of our clients. – Sean
Senior Housing Advising
At Amada Senior Care Denton and Frisco, we are dedicated to ensuring that every senior we work with is safe, comfortable, and thriving. When this is no longer possible in a home-care environment, we rely on our extensive experience to help seniors and their families find the ideal senior living environment for their unique needs.
When helping families make the transition to assisted living it’s important that we remain constantly aware of a senior’s physical, emotional, and financial needs, as each of these factors plays a key role in finding the right community for them.
The level of care and support a senior requires will dictate the type of senior living community to best meet their physical needs. For example, seniors who require access to complex medical services and frequent assistance with activities of daily living will be best served by a nursing home or board and care environment. An assisted living community may be more appropriate for seniors who are more independent and wish to engage in a more social lifestyle.
Once we help clients determine the type of community that will meet a senior’s physical needs, we can then focus on emotional and social factors that will affect their enjoyment of life in their new home. Over the years, our team at Amada Denton and Frisco has accumulated in-depth knowledge of most of the senior living communities throughout the North Dallas and Fort Worth areas. This helps us guide families to the community most suitable for their loved ones’ social habits, hobbies, activity level, and lifestyle.
We realize that many families fear that they will not be able to afford the senior living community of their loved one’s choice. However, this is an area of particular expertise for us at Amada, and we can help you investigate options such as veterans’ benefits, long-term care insurance, and even life insurance policies that can make paying for senior care much more manageable.
At Amada Denton and Frisco, we truly care about each of our clients and their families. We want the very best for them, which is why we offer our senior housing advisory services at no charge. We will be happy to help you and your family find the ideal placement, which could include:
- Assisted living communities
- Large and small communities
- Independent living communities
- Board and care homes
- Adult family homes
- Senior care homes
- Skilled nursing facilities
- Alzheimer/dementia communities

At Amada Senior Care Denton and Frisco, we are dedicated to offering solutions for every family’s unique needs because we believe a “one size fits all” approach will never result in the highest quality of senior care. One way we do this is with our revolutionary BeClose system, which allows seniors to remain independent in their homes while their loved ones are confident in their safety.
BeClose is customized home monitoring system that enables family members to remotely care for their senior loved ones from anywhere in the world.
