Amada Senior Care has an outstanding caregiver named Marlen Vega who excels in all aspects of caregiving. She performs all the basic duties but best of all she is a great morale builder for seniors.

Amada Senior Care have the best care takers! If you are looking for a company to trust with your loved one you have found it! My father LJ was diagnosed with prostate cancer which metastasized to into bone cancer. This is a very painful diagnoses and we had to bring in hospice which was a big help but Marlene with Amada Senior Care was his saving grace! Marlene always showed up on time with a loving positive attitude. In the words of my father she was his favorite! When she would bathe and change his bed sheets she was gentle and efficient. If there was a bed sore or any changes to His health she would bring it to my attention right away. She even brought things to my attention that the hospice nurses overlooked. You could tell she truly genuinely cared about her patient. It meant everything to me and she became my father’s friend in his final days. Always giving comfort and even praying with him because my father was very religious. Amada Senior Care is adorable too! They have many different levels of care based on your needs. (Cooking, cleaning, bathing) If you are looking for Care for not only your loved one, but yourself, I highly recommend Marlene. She is the BEST!! We interviewed several companies and went with Amada. We just felt they had the best program. They have been fantastic so far and have been a great help. Jenn our caregiver helps my mom with many of the things that needs to get done. The companionship has also been great. Jenn does a great job with helping her with showers and making sure she doesn’t fall.

Amada has done a great job with our dad! We are very pleased. We were referred to Patrick by the hospital my dad was at for his hip surgery. Amada’s care givers came in and really helped my dad recover. He’s 77 and is a fall risk. The caregivers help him with bathing, transfer’s, and cleaning the house. We could not have done it without them.

Amada Senior Care has cared for our mother for over a year. We were very appreciative for Carmen and Lauren who helped our mother day to day. Jamie came to our home and did an assessment on our dad to see how they can help. Jamie brought to our attention issues we did not think about in terms of the type of care our father needed. It was clear a hoyer lift was needed after speaking with her. Our dad is a big guy and there is no way our mom could lift him if he fell. Amada’s caregivers have done and excellent job with him so far. Carmen is a blessing to our family and we don’t know what we would do without her.
We are very impressed with Amada Senior Care! My grandmother was discharged from St David’s Hospital a couple of weeks ago and the case manger referred us to several home care companies and Amada seemed like the best option. Tanya from Amada met with us and explained to us on how they could help. My grandmother is a fall risk because of a broken hip and needed help throughout the day. Patrick and his team at Amada Senior Care are great! We have worked with a few other home care agencies and found Amada’s team to be the best by far. The are very communicative and responsive. There was one caregiver who’s personality did not mess well with my mom. We called Tosha to tell her and she immediately sent a new caregiver. Our experience has been fantastic so far!
Amada was instrumental in providing support and caregivers. They helped us workout what we thought an impossible task for managing my father-in-law’s care 2100 miles away. We worked with several other home care companies and kept having problem after problem. The caregivers were not showing up. It was very frustrating. We were then referred to Amada. We called them and Tanya is a total super start. She stepped up on very short notice and handled everything. All of our problems went away when Tanya stepped in. Several times we called her after hours very late and Amada was there to help. We were on the phone with Tanya a lot. She was very patient and always very helpful. Great things happen at Amada Senior Care! My father needed help at home b/c he fell in the shower. I called Amada and Tanya came out to the house. We found her to be very insightful on how they could help him. Tanya took the time to get to know dad to see what he needed. Tanya went back to her offiice and set us up with the perfect caregiver for my father. I can tell he my dad has a new hop in his step when she comes over. Its great to see. We are 100% pleased with our decsion of hiring Amada!
Amada has been caring for my mom for the last 9 months. From the first moment of meeting Patrick we knew we were in very good hands. He made sure he had all of the information about my mom to help her in the best way possible. He recommended physical therapy for my mom because she was a fall risk. She has issues with not getting enough oxygen. PT started to come to the house 3 times per week and it really helped her. Amada’s nursing aide Jenna takes really good care of my mom. She helps her with a lot. She assists with showering, dressing, and transferring. Jenna also takes my mom through a customized exercise program to help keep her from falling. This has been a awesome experience for our family. We can’t thank Amada enough!!!

I reached out to Patrick because our father was discharging from St David’s. Misti, our nurse from Compassus told us to call Amada because they provide excellent in home care. After meeting with Patrick it was a no brainer to bring in his nursing aides to care for our dad. He is requiring care 24 hours a day and Amada is doing an great job.
