Hiring NJ Certified Home Health Aides. The Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) provides assistance and performs supportive tasks to maintain the well-being of an individual within his/her own environment; assists clients with activities of daily living to include personal care, nutrition, ambulation, homemaking and socialization activity; adheres to safety precautions, infection control techniques, and HIPAA regulations; and performs all activities under direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with these policies and Code of Conduct.
