Amada was the 3rd agency we worked with to find care for our 91 year old mom. We did not have good experiences with the other 2 agencies because they were not at all adept in helping us with our LTC carrier. Furthermore, the caregivers were not as competent or professional as those from Amada have been. From the time I contacted John @ Amada, we knew we were in good hands. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, very responsive. John and Jaden have gone the extra mile to advocate for our benefits, and to ensure that my mother was matched with a caregiver that she loves and trusts. There are many caregiver agencies and some may be less costly in the short run, but Amada provides more training for their caregivers and it shows, and you will not have missteps and turnover along the way. Amada has been so generous with their time as they helped us navigate the labyrinth that is long term care insurance.
