We also do a home safety assessment to make sure that the home is safe for our caregiver and client.
After we have gathered all of this information, we hand select caregivers that we think would be the best fit for our client and their family. The caregivers that we select must pass a national background check and drug screen. They also must have previous experience in the home care industry, as well as a compassionate and caring personality.
