We have been using Amada Care for 9months for my 95 year old father in law who suffers from Dementia. The communication across his the board has been excellent. From the initial request for service, to scheduling to communication from the caregivers. The company is very professional, and communicate efficiently (and this is extremely important when managing care for someone). The caregivers they employ are wonderful and obviously well trained and vetted. The company does its best to provide the same caregivers who work well with your loved one. The caregivers provide excellent care and give daily summaries of your loved one’s level of functioning, behaviors and any physical or behavioral changes. I couldn’t recommends this company enough as they provide peace of mind for our family!

Amada was highly recommended to me by a rehab facility. Amada provided excellent care for my dear friend and this allowed him to live in his own home for his last 11 weeks of life. He had no family, just me and my husband and a few friends. I couldn’t have granted his wish to be in his own home without Amada. Our friend, who was just like family to us, had excellent and compassionate care that was individualized to his needs and wishes. He grew very fond of his caregivers and enjoyed their competent care and companionship. It was so helpful that they could assist with getting him to medical appointments. My friend was so pleased to be in his own home, and he was happy to the end. At the time of his death his caregiver sat by his bedside and shed tears with me when he peacefully passed. We are so grateful for Amada. I have been a client of Amada Senior Care since early February. and find them knowledgeable, highly competent and reliable, and very motivated to providing the best care to their clients. They are pleasant prompt, nicely dressed and groomed. They are very helpful, shopping, cooking meals, and doing household chores, such as laundry, vacuuming, and dusting. We enjoyed working with Jeff and the other Amada staff. Jeff helped us coordinate getting benefits approved under my dad’s long term care policy and worked with us to get the right caregiver in place. My dad and his caregiver became good friends during his time of care. He has since moved into an assisted living facility but he still keeps in touch with his caregiver regularly. We were pleased with the caretaking, meal prep, and light housekeeping services provided. This allowed our family to enjoy more conversation/visitation with him during our time together and gave us peace of mind when we could not be there. Jeff Pell and his talented staff were a God sent to my Aunt Joyce and I. They cared for my Aunt a couple of days a week from October 2019 until July 2020. Beginning in July 2020 she required 24 x 7 care. We were fortunate enough to consistently have the same caregivers as much as scheduling would allow. We loved everyone of the ladies and appreciated all that they did for us. I live in FL which made navigating many different aspects of senior care a bit difficult, but Jeff filled the void. When my Aunt needed in-home nursing visits, he helped me work through that. When she needed Hospice Care, he was there again. My Aunt passed 1/15/21 at the age of 95. I can honestly say that without the Amada Senior Care staff, the last 15 months of her life would have been much different, and not in a good way. I was fortunate enough to meet Jeff and a few of the caregivers. I cried on the phone with a couple of the caregivers that truly felt that we were family – and we felt the same about them.
