I can’t say enough about Amada Senior Care, Frederick. I was in need of care for my 91 year old mother. From the first time I called them they have been very helpful and supportive. On the very first visit to my home to evaluate my mom and our situation the owner of the company came out. He took care of the complicated process of applying for mom’s long term care insurance for her. This was totally unexpected and a huge help to me. We then went through the process of having multiple caregivers to find a good fit for us. There were 2 that I didn’t feel were a good fit and they had no problem with that and took them off of our schedule. After finding a few that were a good fit for us they have remained mom’s regular caregivers for the last 5 months. All of the caregivers that are caring for my mom are absolutely wonderful. They not only care for her very well, but they also keep her space very clean, including her bathroom, do her laundry, change her bedding, feed her very well and do the dishes. They are pleasant and always prompt. Another thing that has really impressed me is that they have a client relations manager that comes for a visit to our home once a month to check on how everything is and to make sure we are happy with the care my mom is getting. They go above and beyond to help me and my mom. I’ve heard many horror stories from others about their experiences with companies that provide caregivers and I have to say that my experience with Amada has been top notch.

Amada was always very helpful in finding someone when I needed help. Takes time to find a good fit with the caregiver and the client. Most of the caregivers have been good. And now, thank goodness, we have a set we really like that are regularly on the schedule. We hope that continues.

Amada senior care was there for my family when we needed it most. From the care coordinators, to the schedulers, to the caregivers, all were caring, responsive, and easy to work with. I contacted them late on a Saturday night and they had a caregiver with my loved one by morning. Every caregiver they sent exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend their services and will absolutely use them for any services we may need in the future.

The staff is just amazing. My grandma received excellent care.The long term care insurance review was a game changer. It helped make the process seamless. I strongly recommend this place.
