Why Serving as an Exceptional Senior Care Provider is Important to Us
Thessa worked as the health services scheduler for a skilled nursing and assisted living facility for several years and has a personal commitment to quality care.
“I know the importance of having that great personal relationship with the nurses and caregivers,” says Thessa, adding that she comes from a big and close family where everyone shared in caring for grandparents and other senior loved ones in their elder years. Says Thessa, “Not everyone is fortunate to have a big family to share responsibilities.”
Wayne and his three sisters shared in the recovery care of their mother post-surgery and during her treatment for breast cancer. Their mother’s heart and lungs were affected, so as a family they decided to hire a paid caregiver for in-home care support. Says Wayne, “My mom’s caregiver, Rose, not only was very caring to my mom but to the rest of our family — always giving us words of encouragement. We were grateful Rose was there to provide comfort and care during our mom’s time of need. Rose assisted with activities of daily living like light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.”

I am very happy to work on the Amada Senior Care team, and I also will recommend our company to my friends.
This was the best agency I’ve ever worked for in all my years as a caregiver. They communicate very, very well. They answer the phones every time you call with any type of question they are there to help, They work very close to your availability ,very reputable and I can’t say enough about their staff each and every one does their job very well, and you can always count on their help and getting answers when needed. I would recommend Amada Senior Services to anyone that is looking for a great super sweet Bunch of employers and office staff.
First time hiring for home care services and it has been a wonderful experience with Amada Monmouth. Thank you.
In October 2023, I had spinal fusion surgery. Upon returning home from the hospital, I was extremely weak and needed help performing basic activities of daily living, such as bathing and dressing. After interviewing several senior care agencies, I selected Amada Senior Care of Monmouth, NJ. The owner Wayne Espiritu offered flexibility in scheduling home health aides according to my needs. He also served as a dedicated advocate for me regarding my long-term care insurance policy.
On the first day of home care, the aide who was to be my permanent aide was unable to work due to a medical incident. After about a week, Thessa Espiritu matched me with a very skilled and caring aide, who became my regular in-home caregiver for several months. Wayne as he promised, came to my house several times to discuss my long-term care insurance policy. Thessa and her primary scheduler, Hazel, responded quicky to my changing needs for in-home support. When I needed a ride home from a doctor's appointment, Thessa arrived in her personal vehicle to pick me up and take me home.
Based on my personal experience, I recommend Amada Senior Care to anyone in Middlesex County needing in-home support.
