Elk Ridge Village Veterans, Surviving Spouses Learn About Their VA Benefits

Director of Operations at Amada Omaha, spoke about VA Health Care and the Aid & Attendance
pension to an audience of senior Veterans and their surviving spouses.
Kali enjoyed the opportunity to educate Elk Ridge Village residents about these complex topics, knowing that many Veterans and their surviving spouses don’t know the benefits they are entitled to. She was happy to answer questions and provide connections to resources.
Kali will revisit Elk Ridge Village soon to talk about the ins and outs of Long-Term Care insurance policies and how these benefits can help pay for in-home caregiving as well as assisted living services.
