The home care people that Amada has sent to hospital and my house have been very helpful in assisting my wife and myself in our daily needs

Very professional and the caregiver is a good for my mom

Amada Senior Care sent me an excellent aide to help me while I recover from a broken hip. Lamelda is friendly, cooperative and a pleasure to have around. Thank you to Amada Senior Care for sending her to me.

Amada has served my mother very well over the past year. The caregivers are sensitive and well-trained and are always very respectful. The office staff is always very prompt in answering my calls, conveying messages and accommodating my (sometimes late notice) requests. They provide necessary services, like contacting insurance providers and getting any questions I have answered promptly. I definitely recommend Amada.

I can say much but I love my aide and my visiting nurse. Great people. Good job

Since I came into Amada Senior Care, I have been very pleased. My caretaker take very good care of me (TaTianna) as well as come to work in a timely fashion. I wished other seniors care services can performance like this.

This place is overly dedicated to the care of their clients. The staff in the office as well as the caregivers are always courteous and professional. Rease, the recruiter is amazingly exceptional at finding quality caregivers as well as pairing them with clients. I would recommend Amada Senior Care to anyone looking for home care for a loved one.

Amada has done a wonderful job taking care of my father. The initial consult with Mike was extremely informative and courteous. The phone customer support has been very good. It did take a few trials with different staff to get the right fit but we have landed on an excellent and respectful home care aid. Thank you, Mike and Amada!

Amada staff members have excellent customer service skills. Very welcoming and helpful. My caregiver Tiffany has been a gift from God. She cares for my husband as if he is a family member. She is skilled in her service and always anticipates his needs before he asks. She is kind, compassionate and just what he and I both need. I am grateful for her care.

Amada Senior Care has been helping me for over a year now and it has been a wonderful experience. They are very caring and honest. My current caregiver Renia goes above and beyond. She has also become a good friend of mine.

AMADA made several rapid changes to the aides assigned to me when I first began my association with them [ie. solved some incompatibility problems], and have supplied some fantastic smart caregivers!!! They stay on top of things! I’m very satisfied with them…

My family has used Amada for years now. We started when my dad was getting older, until he passed. Then, sadly, we needed Amada when my mom was diagnosed with cancer. Shirmyra became her support and stayed with her for three years. At the end, when my mom was on hospice, Deidra became another caregiver for my mom. I cannot say enough about the kindness, care, and selflessness these women showed towards my mom. Shirmyra was there when she passed and I was so grateful for that. I consider Shirmyra and Deidra to be a part of out family. I know our relationships will go on from here!

I needed help with over night care. Called Amada Senior Care and they called me back immediately. They provided great 24 hour care for my mom. I really appreciate your help!

First let me state this is our family decision and opinion in less than a month. Second here are some items to know that I didn’t know until this experience. You don’t need a down payment for services, there should always be a backup for your primary and most reputable places will come meet you and your loved one for an evaluation and to understand your loved ones needs. Being late is not something you need to accept when it’s habitual with any service when it comes to care for your loved ones. Ensure you have a meeting with your case worker along with the primary caregiver that is assigned to take care of your loved ones. If any of these are not offered it should be a real big red flag, don’t get their service. I could actually list all of the issues with this company, but they’ve stressed me out more than any family should have to deal with period. That’s the reason they were hired in the first place and being paid. Really I wouldnt hire them to watch my dog, as the treatment and results from our complaints weren’t a priority for them. If they try to spin this different I will air their dirty laundry for sure with an update. Suffice to say I called aging care and told them to take this place off the listing, and this is unacceptable treatment especially when you are paying them good hard earned money. Research services yourself and read all the reviews, as there are better places for real….

They are friendly and the head office is helpful. A few people where not great but all complaints where peomptly addressed. Only real complaint is that we had several no call no show or late people. I understand that stuff happens but it was on my mother-in-law (a senior with comprehension trouble) to call and inform them and half the time they had no back up plan so she was simply left alone till the next shift. I would still hire them again though.

We have been very pleased with Amada Senior Care services. Though it’s only been 2 months, the management and hone Care workers have bonded so well with my husband who is a Vietnam veteran, declining in his walking and balance issue, also has diabetes. The staff is friendly, patient, caring as well as professional. We also appreciate how quickly Amada set up services for us after we applied. Very nice people.

Professional yet personal. Treated as though I’m the only client. Very quick to responding voicemail. I am 100 percent satisfied with Amada.
