Amada Senior Care of Toledo Helps Raise Funds for Alzheimer's Research
Each year, the Amada Toledo team participates in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s and we invite you to walk with us and help raise funds to find a cure for Alzheimer’s. Visit our ALZ.org fundraising team page and then join us on Saturday, Oct. 8th, at Promenade Park in Downtown Toledo to walk in support of a senior loved one with Alzheimer’s or dementia.
At present some 6.5 million Americans have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or related forms of dementia, according to the Alzheimer’s Association. While we at Amada Toledo endorse many causes, fundraising for Alzheimer’s is something we prepare for and look forward to all year. Every day, we literally walk the walk of the dementia and Alzheimer’s journey with senior clients who have been diagnosed with this progressive disease.
